Call to Order <br /> <br />Mayor Goff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Goff explained the procedures regarding <br />audience participation. A form is provided for the audience members who wish to address the City <br />Commission on any Agenda item or any other matter not on the Agenda. Audience members will be <br />recognized by the Chairman when that particular item is addressed by the Commission. <br /> <br />II. Invocation <br /> <br />Travis Bennefield, Pastor, First Baptist Church of Casselberry led the invocation. The City Manager <br />commended Pastor Bennefield for his work and contribution to the Community during last year's hurricanes. <br />Pastor Bennefield and some ofthe members of the Church worked very hard distributing ice from the trucks <br />and managing the traffic for pickup of the ice in an orderly fashion in the Church parking lot. <br />
