Budget Amendment #20-022 — Recognition of Revenue for Donation from Target Corporation Introduction: Budget Amendment #20-022 recognizes revenue for a donation from Target Corporation in the amount of $1,000 for the FY 19/20 "Holiday with our Heroes" event. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #20-022 will increase both the Contributions/Donations/Private Sources account #001-0000-366.91-00, and the Law Enforcement Promotional Activities account #001-0610-521.48-00 by $1,000. BA #20-022 Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment seeks City Commission approval to recognize the donation from Target Corporation in the amount of $1,000 for PD "Holiday with our Heroes" event. C. Budget Amendment #20-024 — Rollover and Re -budget of Target Corporation Grant Award from FYI to the FY20 Budget Introduction: Budget Amendment #20-024 rolls over $1,000 in grant funds received from Target in FY 19 for the annual "Holiday with our Heroes" event, which took place in the FY20 budget year, to the FY20 budget. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #20-024 will increase the Other Non -Operating Source account #001-0000-389.90-00 and the Promotional Activities account #001-0610.521.48-00 by $1,000. BA #20-024 Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for PD "Holiday with our Heroes" event in the amount of $1,000. The source of funding is from additional Target donation collected in FY19 that will instead be expensed in FY20.
