B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1523 — Amending the Official Zoning <br />Designation for Property Located at 1085 Belle Avenue (ZB 19-06) <br />Adoption of Ordinance 19-1523 amending the Official Zoning designation from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial <br />Service) for the approximately 3.48 acre parcel located at 1085 Belle Avenue is requested. <br />12. Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with McMahan Construction Company, Inc. <br />for the Water Reclamation Facility Improvements Project and Related Budget <br />Amendment #20-008 <br />Approval to award the bid and execute an agreement with McMahan Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,528,130 and approval of related Budget Amendment #20-008 for the Water Reclamation Facility Improvements <br />Project are requested. (Ref: #ITB -2019-0534) <br />B. Approval of Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Adopt -a -Tree Program Applications <br />Approval of the 12 applications recommended through the Casselberry Tree Advisory Committee (CTAC) to receive <br />funding for the planting of new trees under the Adopt -a -Tree Program for Fiscal Year 2019 is requested. <br />13.
