First Reading of Ordinance 19-1524 - Amending the Official Zoning Designation for Property Located at 245 Lake Ellen Drive (ZB 19-07) Approval to amend the Official Zoning designation from R-9 (Low Density Single -Family) to CG (Commercial General) for the approximately 0.69 acre parcel located at 245 Lake Ellen Drive is requested. B. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1525 - Issuance of Utility System Revenue Bond, Series 2019 Approval for the issuance of Utility System Revenue Bond, Series 2019, in the not -to -exceed aggregate principal amount of $8,000,000 is requested. C. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1526 - General Obligation Bond Referendum Election for Parks and Recreational Facilities Ordinance 19-1526 calls for a bond referendum election to be held to approve the City's issuance of general obligation bonds which shall mature not later than 20 years from their date of issuance in an aggregate principal amount of $24,000,000.00, payable from ad valorem taxes to finance costs relating to the renovation, improvement and construction of parks and recreation facilities, including renovation, expansion and replacement of buildings, athletic venues, and other park improvements. 11.
