WHEREAS, on December 11, 2018, Seminole County adopted Ordinance 2018-0039 <br />creating the Oxford Place Overlay District for property in the County adjacent to Oxford Road, <br />and the County requested that the City adopt a similar ordinance for property along the Oxford <br />Road Corridor in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2018, the City Commission enacted Legislation in Progress <br />(Resolution 18-3065) directing its Staff to create design standards for the properties within the <br />Oxford Road Corridor that are compatible with the County's Oxford Place Overlay District; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission held a public <br />hearing with due public notice on March 13, 2019 to review this ordinance and has determined <br />that it is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, held two public <br />hearings with due public notice to consider the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) <br />text amendment and Official Zoning Map amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I.
