The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a Workshop on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 3:30 p.m., <br />Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 - (arrived at 3:12 p.m.) <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 1 <br />Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner - Seat No. 3 <br />Bill Hufford, Commissioner — Seat No. 4 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Donna G. All were present with the exception of Mayor Glancy who <br />arrived in the Chambers at 3:12 p.m. <br />3. REVIEW OF DRAFT S O . t A 1 ER & LAKES <br />Presentation: Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock introduced representatives fiom the <br />City's consultant Vanasse, Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VIM) who had assisted with this project and preparation of <br />the proposed Master Plan, Mr. Paul Yeargain, Managing Director and Director of Water Resources Group for <br />the Orlando Office and Ms. Leah DiClementi, Water Resources Engineer. He then gave a PowerPoint <br />presentation outlining the draft Stormwater & Lakes Management Master which he hoped to have finalized and <br />presented to the Commission for consideration at the last meeting September of 2017 for adoption, and <br />
