OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry's Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. SPR 25-04 Carmel by the Lake Dock — Approval of a minor site plan modification to demolish an existing dock and build a larger one at a new location on Lake Howell located at 1163 Carmel Circle (Carmel by the Lake) b. SPR 24-21 Lake Forrest Preparatory School Expansion - Approval of a major site plan for the expansion of the Lake Forrest Preparatory School located at 856 Lake Howell Road. 5. Discussion Items 6.
