RESOLUTION 25-3509 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE PUBLIC WORKS/RECREATION AND CULTURAL ARTS DIVISION FEES FOR PARKS AND FACILITIES RENTALS AND RECREATION PROGRAMS, AS PRESENTED IN EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, fee schedules for parks, facilities, and recreation programs are reviewed periodically to ensure that programs offered can meet public demand in a cost-effective manner and continue to promote the quality of life within the community; and WHEREAS, the fee schedule for parks/facilities rentals and recreation programs was last updated on May 12, 2014 via Resolution 14-2602; and WHEREAS, new parks and facilities, and renovated facilities have been added to the inventory because of the Parks, Recreation, Pathways, and Open Spaces Master Plan; and WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 60-7, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommended that the City Comrnission approve the amended fee schedule at their March 11, 2025, meeting; and WHEREAS, City Commission has reviewed and considered the information provided in Exhibit `A". NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The parks, facilities, and program fee schedule for the Public Works/Recreation and Cultural Arts Division, as referenced in Exhibit "A", is amended and approved. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION HI. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
