OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments, 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 21.11: Icon Commons — Maior Site Plan 31d Review. Review of a major site plan to develop a vacant parcel located at 380 SR 436 into a six (6) story mixed-use building, along with associated stormwater retention, hardscape, landscaping, and site lighting. b. SPR 21.15: Walmart Parking Lot — Site Plan Modification 2nd Review. Review of a minor site plan modification to redesign the parking lot facilities within the Walmart Plaza located at 1239 SR 436. c. SPR 21.16: Casselberry PD Headquarters — Major Site Plan 2nd Review. Review of a major site plan to develop a new Police Station at 115 Wilshire Blvd., along with associated hardscape, landscaping, stormwater retention, and site lighting. 5. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period allocated on the agenda for each project.
