CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices - Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A., Invoice No. 91 137 - $19,455.45 B. Task Authorization No. 11 with SK Consortium, Inc. for Post Design Services for Secret Lake Park Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #22-003 Approval of Task Authorization No. I 1 with SK Consortium, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $54,488.00 to provide post -design services for PW 1907 Secret Lake Park Improvements project and related Budget Amendment #22-003 is requested. SK Consortium, Inc. leads the design team for improvements to Secret Lake Park. This is a voter authorized project. C. Budget Amendment #22-001 - Adjustments to the FY 2022 Budget to Fund Previously Frozen Positions Including Two Police Officers and an Assistant to the City Clerk Approval of Budget Amendment #22-001 for adjustments to the FY 2022 Budget to recognize that additional revenue is now expected due to State of Florida forecast revisions and apply some to fund previously frozen positions including two Police Officers and an Assistant to the City Clerk is requested. By fund, the increase in revenue by fund is: General Fund - $212,157; LOGT Fund - $30,630; and Infrastructure Surtax Fund - $278,591. D.
