CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION MEETING Monday, June 14, 2021 City Commission Chambers 5:30 PM 1 st Floor, Casselberry City Hall 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida TO THE PUBLIC: Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings/hearings, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, ext. 1150. The City is currently under a State of Public Health Emereency. In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, persons attending this meeting are requested, in accordance with CDC guidelines, to wear face coverings if not fully vaccinated and to voluntarily adhere to CDC recommended social distancing rules. If an interested person wishes to provide comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 3:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting by calling (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1133 or emailing the City Clerk at cityclerk(resselberrY.org. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails and comments received prior to a public meeting for items that are not quasi-judicial in nature, the Commission and staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the record during the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent written documents received no later than 3:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be made available to the public and the Commission at the meeting.
