CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, March 22, 2021 City Commission Chambers <br />5:30 PM 1 st Floor, Casselberry City Hall <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida <br />TO THE PUBLIC: Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings/hearings, they will need a <br />record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which <br />record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with <br />disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of <br />the meeting at (407) 262-7700, ext. 1150. <br />In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the requirements of Seminole County Executive <br />Order 2020-030, social distancing requirements will be strictly adhered to and persons attending this meeting are required to <br />wear a face covering unless exempted from wearing face coverings as stated in Section 5 of Executive Order 2020-030. <br />If an interested person wishes to provide comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 3:30 p.m. on the day of the <br />meeting by calling (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1133 or emailing the City Clerk at citvclerl<,,'y casselben y.on-,. Consistent with the City's <br />normal procedures for emails and comments received prior to a public meeting for items that are not quasi-judicial in nature, the <br />Commission and staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the record during the <br />meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent written documents received no later than 3:30 p.m. on the day of the <br />meeting will be made available to the public and the Commission at the meeting. Presentation of the American Flag Flown in Memory of Casselberry Resident Tony Tizzio <br />The American flag that flew over the U.S. Capitol in memory of Casselberry resident Tony Tizzio, which had been <br />arranged by U.S. Senator Rick Scott in honor of Mr. Tizzio's dedicated community service to the City of Casselberry <br />and the entire Central Florida community, and a certificate certifying such will be presented by Barry Cotton, Central <br />Florida District Director, Office of U.S. Senator Rick Scott, and Dick Batchelor, friend of Tony Tizzio. <br />B. Proclamation: Water Conservation Month <br />Mayor Henson will present Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director, with a proclamation designating April as Water <br />Conservation Month in the City of Casselberry. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. <br />
