OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 9:00 <br />a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. <br />Agenda <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />2. Approval of Minutes. <br />3. Citizen Comments. <br />4. Development Review Committee Items. <br />a. SPR 21-01: Geneva School Phase 3 — Development of Community Impact 2nd Review. Review of the <br />proposed site plan to develop the phase 3 expansion of the Geneva School campus located at 1775 <br />Seminola Blvd. <br />b. SPR 21.03: Summerloch Green Amenities Area — Minor Site Plan Modification 2nd Review. Review of <br />a minor site plan proposal to modify the approved site plan by redesigning the pool area and constructing a <br />stormwater retention area. <br />c. SPR 21-04: Evergreen Cemetery Museum — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of the proposed site <br />plan to construct an addition to the existing museum within Evergreen Cemetery located at 150 S. Cypress <br />Way. <br />5. Discussion & Pre -Application items. <br />a. Pre -Application: Oxford Fitness Center. A pre -application review of a concept plan to redevelop two <br />properties located at 201 SR 436 and 205 SR 436. <br />Donna G.
