CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />The City of Casselberry Board of Adjustment held a public hearing on Thursday, January 28, 2010, at 6:30 P.M., <br />in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present were: <br />Ed Bowman <br />Mary Anne Gauvin <br />Earl McMullen <br />Arlin Armour <br />Members absent were: <br />Luis Guzman <br />Staff members present: <br />Charles Senzee, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br />first Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, November 19, 2009. <br />Mr. Bowman stated the Chair would entertain a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public hearing held <br />on Thursday, November 19, 2010. Mr. McMullen moved to accept the November 19, 2009 minutes. Mr. Armour <br />seconded the motion, Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Board. <br />Third Item of Business: BA 09-07:241 Lake Griffin CirclelLeslie Yates. Variance request to Article V, Section 2- <br />5.4 "Size and dimension Criteria" and Table 2-5.4 of the Casselberry Unified Land Development Re ulations to <br />allow a 1.1 foot reduction in the required 7.5 foot side building setback. <br />Mr. Bowman asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Mike Toole, 241 Lake Griffin Circle, Casselberry, Florida <br />came forward. It was decided that Mr. Senzee would make his presentation at this time. <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the background information and the analysis ofthe request, provided in <br />his memorandum to the Board of Adjustment, dated January 22, 2010 supported by a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is <br />on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Senzee stated the variance application meets 4 of the 6 criteria <br />for granting the variance; therefore, City staff cannot fully support the request. Mr. Senzee said if the Board of <br />Adjustment chooses to grant the variance requested for BA 09-07, for the property located at 241 Lake Griffin Circle, to <br />
