OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meetings held on March 10, 2021 and April 14, 2021. 4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 5. SPR 21.05: Wendy's at 198 SR 436. A major site plan request to redevelop the subject property by constructing a ±2,586 sq. ft. drive through restaurant along with associated hardscape, landscaping, stormwater retention, and site lighting. 6. CU 21-07: 134 N. Lost Lake Lane. A conditional use request to construct a residential boat dock at 134 N. Lost Lake Lane. 7. Public Comments. 8. Other Business. 9. Adjournment. D nna G.
