OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry's Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. AMENDED AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Citizens' Comments 3. Approval of Minutes — None 4. Action Items a. SPR 24-23 — 960 Belle Avenue Industrial Warehouse — Approval of a minor site plan for a modification to a previously approved industrial warehouse located at 960 Belle Avenue. b. SPR 24-25 — Interlachen Golf Course — Approval of a minor site plan for utility improvements at the Interlachen Golf Course located at 2285 Interlachen Court. c. PUD 24-03 — Chick-fil-A Concept Plan —Approval of a concept plan for a Zoning Map Amendment for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Chick-fil-A, a drive-through restaurant, located at 1510 S.R. 436. d. PUD 24-03 — Shoot Straight Concept Plan — Approval of a concept plan for a Zoning Map Amendment for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Shoot Straight, an indoor gun range, located at 4700 S. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer must attend the DRC meeting where their item will be discussed and should be available to answer any questions. If the project engineer fails to participate, the review may be postponed until the next meeting. It is also recommended that the owner or developer attend the DRC meeting.
