RESOLUTION 24-3476 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA OFFICE OF <br />CRIMINAL JUSTICE GRANTS FOR THE AWARD OF THE <br />EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT <br />(JAG); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Office of Criminal Justice Grants has awarded, and the City of <br />Casselberry agrees to accept the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry wishes to enter into an agreement with the State of Florida <br />Office of Criminal Justice Grants for the award of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant <br />(JAG). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission hereby approves the Agreement between the City of <br />Casselberry and the State of Florida Office of Criminal Justice Grants, attached hereto, and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Casselberry. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions of parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any section of portion of this Resolution proves to be invalid, <br />unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, effects of any <br />other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV.
