CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING DECEMBER 12, 2019 The City held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Ms. Karen Consalo, Esq. Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE Karen Consalo, Esq. CITY STAFF PRESENT Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance Officer Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Officer Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE IN HEARING WEEK The Special Magistrate made an announcement, that the December 12, 2019 hearing would be the last hearing held on the second Thursday of the month. Staring in January (2020) the hearings will be held on the third Thursday of every month, at 6:30 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Special Magistrate asked if anyone in the audience had any additions or corrections to the Minutes from the November 14, 2019 hearing; there were none. The Special Magistrate approved the Minutes from the November 14, 2019 hearing. STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE Supervisor Campbell, advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. NEW CASES 11 Page
