Mr. Casselbeny voiced concerns regarding item (i) on the <br />Consent Agenda, specifically security issues and the appraisal that was conducted for the <br />property in question. Mr. Casselberry inquired if the City was currently in negotiations <br />with Leonard Casselberry for any property adjacent to Community Methodist Church.
