CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 22, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 8 of 24 <br /> <br />21) Phyllis Sheppard, 580 South Triplet Lake Drive, requested an opportunity to address <br />Regular Agenda items (4) - First Reading of Ordinance 04-1123 and (5) - First Reading of <br />Ordinance 04-1124. <br /> <br />22) Beverly McCoy, 708 Seagull Avenue, Altamonte Springs, requested an opportunity to <br />address Regular Agenda items (4) - First Reading of Ordinance 04-1123 and (5) - First <br />Reading o f Ordinance 04-1124. <br /> <br />23) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, requested an opportunity to address <br />Regular Agenda items (4) - First Reading of Ordinance 04-1123; (5) - First Reading of <br />Ordinance 04-1124; (6) - First Reading of Ordinance 04-1125; (8) - Resolution 04-1485 and <br />(11) - Resolution 04-1488. Mr. Casselbeny voiced concerns regarding item (i) on the <br />Consent Agenda, specifically security issues and the appraisal that was conducted for the <br />property in question. Mr. Casselberry inquired if the City was currently in negotiations <br />with Leonard Casselberry for any property adjacent to Community Methodist Church. Mr. <br />Clifton clarified that the only negotiations with Leonard Casselberry were relating to <br />properties in association with the realignment of North Winter Park Drive. <br /> <br />24) Lisa Merlin, 508 Maj orca Lane, Altamonte Springs, requested an opportunity to address <br />Regular Agenda items (4) - First Reading of Ordinance 04-1123 and (5) - First Reading of <br />Ordinance 04-1124. <br /> <br />25) Ed Bowman, 286 Lake Griffin Circle, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda items (4) - First Reading of Ordinance 04-1123 and (5) - First Reading of Ordinance <br />04-1124. <br /> <br />No one else came forward.
