The fee for Phase I is not to exceed $7,263.00, The fee for Phase II is not to exceed <br />$110,146.16. Phase II will not be authorized unless a signal is warranted from the Phase I effort. Staff <br />recommended approval of Resolution 04-1479. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: <br /> <br />1) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding the possibility <br />of some unmarked graves in the area and stated he was uncertain that the realignment was <br />warranted with current traffic volumes. Vice Mayor Clark requested that the matter of the <br />unmarked graves be investigated. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Resolution 04- <br />1479 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br /> <br />5. RESOLUTION 04-1480 SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 TO <br /> <br />CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH TEI, INC. - DESIGN AND <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RE-ALIGNMENT OF NORTH WINTER <br /> <br />PARK DRWE <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolution 04-1480 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 04-1480 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING, INC. (TEI) FOR <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES ASSOCIATED <br />WITH THE REALIGNMENT PLAN FOR NORTH WINTER PARK DRIVE, FROM <br />SEMINOLA BOULEVARD TO SR 434; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Gouchcr stated Resolution 04-1480 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 2 <br />to TEI's contract in the amount of $28,831.81.
