CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br /> <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a meeting Monday, February 23, 2004 at 7:00 p.m., <br />Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambexs, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Bruce Pronovost, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #5 <br />A1 Clark, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat g4 <br />Linda Hart, Commissioner - Seat #3 <br />Kathy Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 <br />Susan Doeruer, Commissioner - Seat #1 <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT: <br /> <br />Frank W. Clifton, Jr., City Manager <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Donna Gardner, Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk <br />Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director <br />Mitch Floyd, Fire Chief <br />William Goucher, Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director <br />John Pavlis, Police Chief <br />Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator <br />Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director <br />Richard Wells, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost called the Regular meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. Vice Mayor Clark led the invocation and <br />the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />NOTE: Public hearings fo r Ordinance 04-1119 and Ordinance 04-I 120 were rescheduled to March 22, 2004 <br />to allow for required public notice advertisements. <br /> <br />Mr. Clifton requested that Regular Agenda item (7), Resolution 04-1481 be removed from the agenda and <br />rescheduled for the March 22, 2004 City Commission meeting. Mr. Clitton also requested that Regular <br />Agenda item (2), Resolution 04-1477 be modified to include consideration of an addendum to the contract <br />to allow the City to extend the due diligence period to April 15, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
