Geerholt to the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency, terms effective to <br />January 2007. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doeruer. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees: There was one (1) full appointment and one <br />(1) ratification of appointment of the fifth member to be made to the Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension <br />Board of Trustees. Two (2) current members of the Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board of <br />Trustees were eligible for reappointment. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to reappoint Frank A. <br />Schutte to the Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension <br />Board of Trustees, term effective to January 2006. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. <br />Mofion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to ratify the reappointment <br />of Thomas E. Embree to the Police Officers' & <br />Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees, term effective <br />to January 2006. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br /> <br /> 8, COMMISSION WORKSHOP - DISCUSSION/ACTION <br /> <br />StaffPresentation: Mr. Clifton presented possible workshop topics as outlined in his January 16, 2004 inter- <br />office memorandum to the City Commission which is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Commission Discussion: Commission consensus was to cancel the regular meeting scheduled for March <br />8, 2004 and replace it with a workshop. Topics for the workshop were not finalized. <br /> <br /> 9. COMMISSION/STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />Commissioner Susan Doerner - Seat #1: <br /> <br /> Noted the Seminole County U.S. 17-92 Community Redevelopment Agency will be conducting a <br /> Fern Park Development Framework Workshop February 4 - 6, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
