Vice Mayor Clark led the invocation. Mrs. McPherson called <br />the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. Mayor Pronovost thanked Webelo Cub Scout Pack #341 for <br />their participation. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />I. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 03-1105 - POLICE OFFICERS' PENSION <br /> <br />BENEFITS <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 03-1105 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
