2.8 <br /> <br />Client Review - Glatting Jackson will attend two (2) meetings with the Client in <br />which the preliminary master plan will be reviewed and the final master plan will be <br />reviewed prior to presentation to the City Council. Glatting Jackson will proceed with <br />the Schematic Design phase of the work, incorporating the Client's review comments <br />fi'om the second review meeting into the plans in the next phase of the work. <br />Additional revisions or concepts requested by the Client shall be provided as an <br />Additional Service. <br /> <br />2.9 <br /> <br />Public Presentations - Glatting Jackson wiI1 make two (2) presentations to the City <br />Council, or others as directed by the City, at appropriate points in the design process as <br />determined by the Client. <br /> <br />PART II - Environmental Services <br /> <br />2. I0 <br /> <br />Wetland Determination - Glatting Jackson will determine the extent of the St. John <br />River Water Mm~agement District (SJRWMD) and United States Army Corps of <br />Engineers (ACOE, if deemed applicable) jurisdictional wetlands on the subject <br />property. This assessment will be accomplished using available information (e.g., <br />Natural Resource Conservation Service soil map, United States Geological Survey <br />Quadrangle map, and recent aeriaI photography). The wetlm~ds present will be flagged <br />in the field for the US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) pursuant to the 1987 Federal <br />Wetlands Delineation Methodologies, and the SJRWMD pursuant to the Florida <br />Administrative Code 62-340 for subsequent survey. Glatting Jackson will conduct a 1- <br />day site inspection for both agencies to veri~ the estimated extent of wetlands on-site. <br /> <br />Glatting Jackson will then coordinate and assist the surveyors in locating the approved <br />wetland flag points. Information obtained from the wetland field work will be <br />conveyed to both agencies to document the approved wetland lines. <br /> <br />2.11 <br /> <br />Agency Inspections - Glatting Jackson will perform site inspections with <br />representatives of the SJRWMD and ACOE to document wetland function and gah~ <br />tentative agency approval for the mitigation plan. <br /> <br />2.12 <br /> <br />Prepare SJRWMD Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) - Glatting Jackson will <br />prepare and submit the environmental portion of a the EnvironmentaI Resource Permit <br />(ERP) for wetland impacts and sovereign submerged land issues associated with the <br />development of this project. Additionally, Glatting Jackson will coordinate with the <br />Project Engineer to submit the permit (ERP) to the SJRWMD. Approval for this <br />permit will take an estimated six to nine months from the submittal date. Costs <br />associated with obtaining this permit as based upon the assumption that SJRWMD will <br />be the lead agency and coordinate directly with the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection (FDEP) to secure a sovereign submerged land lease. <br /> <br />Glaaing Jackson Kerchcr Anglin Lopcz Ri~ehart, Inc. <br /> Page 4 of]l <br /> <br /> <br />
