Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 04-1124 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE O~ETHE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RMF-13 FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN <br />SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current CG zoning classification of the <br />property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, <br />interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry <br />RMF-13 zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as MDR on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the RMF-13 zoning classification is consistent with the MDR Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as RMF-13 as that <br />classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I, That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4,3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located at 88 and 100 Plumosa Avenue, more specifically <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />LEG LOT 6 (LESS N 92 FT OF W 100 FT) + LOT 7 (LESS N 90 FT OF E 60 FT) BLK H-F <br />CASSELBERRY PE~ 7 PG 27 <br />LEG N 92 FT OF W 100 FT OF LOT 6 BLK H-F CASSELBERRY PB 7 PG 27 <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 04-1124 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
