SECTION 14. Part Ill, Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter IV, Specific Development <br />Procedures, Article XIX, Subdivision, Section 4-19.6, Major subdivision procedures, subsection C(4), Content of <br />final plat, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />4. Content of final plat. The final plat submittal shall include one original to be drawn or <br /> <br />printed 2~ ~:,' 3~ i,".ch to the aD~ronriate size reauired bv the recordino enti~on Mylar or <br />other approved material, ~ two copies of the final plat. one reduced 8 1/2-bv-14 inch coDy. <br />and e~ all other required data. The final plat shall be prepared by a Florida registered <br />engineer and is to be clearly and legibly drawn with black permanent drawing ink or veritype <br />process to a scale of not smaller than one inch equals 100 feet, or as otherwise determined <br />by the City. The final plat shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of F.S. ch. 177, <br />as amended, and shall conform to the requirements outlined in Table 4-19.6, Required <br />Supplementary Submission Documents. <br /> <br /> SECTION 15. Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter V, Glossary, Article XXI, <br />Language and Definitions, Section 5-21.2, Definition of terms, is amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (unchanged) <br /> Townhouse. A one-family dwelling in a group of at least ',hrcc four and no more than ~ seven such <br /> units in which each unit has its own front and rear access to the outside, and the units are designed <br /> with distinctive facades or varied setbacks. No unit is located over another unit, and each unit is <br /> separated from any other unit by one or more common lire-resistant walls. <br /> <br /> (unchanged) <br /> <br /> SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any <br />other Section or pad of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION 17 - CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the <br />Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Fierida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered <br />or re-lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or <br />other appropriate word. <br /> <br /> Page 9 of ! o <br /> Ordinance 04-1121 <br /> <br /> <br />
