<br /> WHEREAS, Part I~, Chapter 14, Article II, was adopted by Ordinance No. 97-883 by the
<br />Casselberry City Commission on May 5 1997 to administer special events, open air sales, seasonal sales and
<br />temporary structures within the City, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the
<br />City of Casselberry was adopted by Ordinance No. 757 by the Casselberry City Commission on March 1, 1993
<br />with a March 1, 1993 effective date; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, inconsistent language, scrivener's errors and deleted text also occur within Part III,
<br />Unified Land Development Code Regulations;
