Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />96 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #04-1117 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br /> OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br /> SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br /> CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br /> THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RMF-13 FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN <br /> SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br /> CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on <br />November 10, 2003; and <br /> Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County A-1 zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida <br />and at such headng, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the <br />City of Casselberry RMF-13 zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as MDR on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the RMF-13 zoning classification is consistent with the MDR Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as RMF-13 as that <br />classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I.
