Wells, AICP, Community Development Director 95 Triplet Lake Drive Casselberry, FL 32707 ORDINANCE # 04-1116 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4,3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PMX-L/SB-2 FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABIMTY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on August 25, 2003; and Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County A-1 zoning classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry PMX-L/SB-2 zoning classification were heard; and Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as LINR/MDR/SBOD-II on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and Whereas, the PMX-L/SB-2 zoning classification is consistent with the LINR/MDP,/SBOD-II Future Land Use Map designation; and Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as PMX-L/SB-2 as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Ccde of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIBA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I.
