Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 04-1116 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br /> OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br /> SECTION 2-4,3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br /> CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br /> THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PMX-L/SB-2 FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED <br /> IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABIMTY, <br /> CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on August <br />25, 2003; and <br /> Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County A-1 zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida <br />and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the <br />City of Casselberry PMX-L/SB-2 zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as LINR/MDR/SBOD-II on the <br />Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the PMX-L/SB-2 zoning classification is consistent with the LINR/MDP,/SBOD-II Future <br />Land Use Map designation; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as PMX-L/SB-2 as that <br />classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Ccde of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIBA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I.
