Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 04-1115 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br /> OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br /> SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF TIlE CITY OF <br /> CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br /> THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF I (INDUSTRIAL) FOR THOSE PARCELS <br /> DESCRIBEO IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br /> SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> Whereas, the properly described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on June <br />23, 2003; and <br /> Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County C-3 zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida <br />and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the <br />City of Casselberry I zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Industrial on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the I zoning classification is consistent with the Industrial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, FIodda, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as I as that classification is <br />defined in Articles IV and ¥ of Chapter if, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I.
