<br />SECTION 7: Section 26-33, "License required", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 26-33. liSeRGe Local Business Tax required. <br />a. Chaoter 205. all references to an <br />"occuoational license tax" throuahout the remainder of the Cilv Code shall be construed tQ <br />mean a "local business tax." <br /> <br />SECTION 8: Section 26-34, "Application for license", of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 26-34. Application for IieeAse ~. <br />(a) Before engaging in or operating a business in the City, every person shall file an application, <br />on the prescribed form, with the City, signed by an officer, partner or owner of the business, <br />giving the real name of the applicant. In cases where the applicant has qualified under the laws <br />of the state for the use of a fictitious name, the IieeAse ~ , if issued, shall show the real <br />name as well as the fictitious name of the applicant. In the application, the applicant shall set <br />forth: <br />(1) The name of the owner, and, if a firm, the name of principal members of the firm, and, if a <br />corporation, the name of its local manager and address of the main corporate office; <br />(2) The location of the business and the nature of the business; <br />(3) The classification which the IiseRGe fee local business tax is based upon; and <br />(4) Other pertinent information that may be prescribed by the City. <br />(b) No IieeAse ~ shall be issued except upon certification of the applicant establishing <br />property valuation, if required, county competency number, number of persons employed, and <br />any other information required by the City. The application and affidavit required by this <br />Section shall be retained as a part of the records of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 9: Section 26-35, "Misrepresentation of facts in obtaining license," of the Code <br />of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Ordinance 06-1206 <br />Page 4 of 14 <br />
