Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #03-1096 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF I (INDUSTRIAL) FOR THOSE PARCELS <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on June 11, <br />2003; and <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County C-3 zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida <br />and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the <br />City of Casselberry I zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Industrial on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the I zoning classification is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as I as that classification is <br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located on Belle Avenue, more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT 11A: LEG N 150 FT OF E 291 FTOF LOT 11 BLKAJOHNSONS POULTRY FARMS PB 6 PG 8 <br /> <br />LOT 11 B: S 150 FT OF N 300 FT OF E 291 FT OF LOT 11 BLK A JOHNSONS POULTRY FARMS PB 6 <br />PG8 <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 03-1096 <br />Page 1 <br />
