Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 03-1094 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF OR (OFFICE-RESIDENTIAL) FOR THAT PARCEL <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on June 11, <br />2003; and <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County R-1A zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida <br />and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the <br />City of Casselberry OR zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Office-Residential on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the OR zoning classification is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as OR as that classification is <br />defined in Articles IV and Vof Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I.
