Wells, A1CP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 03.1081 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) FOR THAT <br />PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County C-2 zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida <br />and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the <br />City of Casselberry CG zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Commercial on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the CG zoning classification is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as CG as that classification is <br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the OlIicial Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located west of SR 436 and south of Howell Branch Road, more <br />specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />LEG SEC 33 TWP 21 S RGE 30E W 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF NE 1/4 S OF RD (LESS S 367.72 FT) <br /> <br />is hereby amended and given the CG zoning district classification.
