Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 02-1075 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2- <br />4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES (CS) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED <br />IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County C-2 zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at <br />such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of <br />Casselberry CS zoning classification were heard; and <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Commercial on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br />Whereas, the CS zoning classification is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as CS as that classification is <br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I.
