Wells, AICP, Community Development Director 95 Triplet Lake Drive Casselberry, FL 32707 ORDINANCE # 02.1068 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP ESTABLISHING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS OF COMMERCIAL (C) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the Seminole County commercial future land use designation of the property hereinafter described, has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry commercial future land use designation were heard; Whereas, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Land Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider the comprehensive plan amendment; Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has held a public hearing to consider the comprehensive plan amendment and has determined that the Future Land Use designation of said property shall be established as Commercial as those designations are defined in Future Land Use Element Policies FLU 1.8, as amended and supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and Whereas, such amendments are permitted subject to the provisions of F.S. Chapter 163, and FAC Rule 9J-11. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I.
