Wells, AICP <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 02-1063 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED <br />LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED <br />AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RMF-13 FOR THAT <br />PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the R-9 (single family residential) zoning <br />classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida <br />and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the <br />RMF-13 (multi-family residential) zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Medium Density Residential on the <br />Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the RMF-13 zoning classification is consistent with the Medium Density Residential <br />Future Land Use Map designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as RMF-13 as that <br />classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located on 821, 823, 825 Seminola Blvd. more specifically <br />described as: <br /> <br />LEG LOTS 2 + 3 (LESS RD) BLK D TRIPLETT LAKE SHORES PB 8 PG 18 <br /> <br />is hereby amended and given the RMF-13 zoning district classification. <br /> <br />That classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions <br />of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 02-1063 <br />Page 1 <br />
