Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE it 02-1059 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RMF.13 FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN <br />SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current R-9 (single family residentiai) <br />zoning classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment <br />of the RMF- 13 (multi-family residential) zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Medium Density Residential on the <br />Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the RMF- 13 zoning classification is consistent with the Medium Density Residential Future <br />Land Use Map designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as RMF- 13 as that <br />classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located on Seminola Blvd. between Hill Street and Winter Park <br />Drive, more specifically described as provided in Attachment I; is hereby amended and given the zoning <br />district classification RMF- 13 (medium density multi-family residential). <br /> <br />That classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 02-1059 <br />Page 1 <br />
