Wells, AICP <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet lake Drive <br />Casselberry, Fl32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 02-1054 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS OF CS (COMMERCIAL SERVICES), OR (OFFICE <br />RESIDENTIAL), R-9 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 9,000 sa. FT. MINIMUM LOT SIZE), AND PS (PUBLIC <br />SERVICE) FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the properties hereinafter <br />described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens <br />for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the properties hereinafter described are designated as Commercial, Low Density Residential and <br />Public Service on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the CS, OR, R-9 and PS zoning classifications are cOnsistent with the Commercial, Commercial, <br />Low Density Residential, and Public Future Land Use Map designations, respectively; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined <br />that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as CS, OR, R-9, and PS as those classifications <br />are defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located on US Hwy 17-92 and Lake Kathyrn Circle more specifically <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />1.
