The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida does hereby find that the lands desclibed in Section I are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, that said lands meet the criteria established by Chapter 171, FIOlida Statutes, that said lands should be annexed, and hereby consent to the annexation. Section 4. Upon annexation, the lands described in Section 1 shall retain a zoning and land use classification established by the Seminole County Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Land Use Plan until otherwise changed or amended by appropliate ordinance of the CityofCasselben-y, Florida. Section 5. All real property lying within the boundaries of the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, FlOlida, as hereby revised, shall be assessed for payment of municipal ad valorem taxes pursuant to law. Section 6. All persons who have been lawfully engaged in any occupation, business, trade or profession within the area described in Section 1 above, upon the effective date of this Ordinance under a valid license or penuit therefore issued by Seminole County, Florida, shall have right to continue such occupation, business, trade or profession within the entire corporate limits of the City of Casselben-y, as revised, upon the securing of a valid occupational license from the City of Casselberry, which license shall be issued upon payment of the appropliate fee therefore, without the necessity of taking or passing any additional examination or test relating to the qualifications of such licenses. Section 7. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Office of the Secretal-Y of the State of Florida, the Office of the Governor of the State of Florida, the Clerk of Court of Seminole County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners of Seminole County, Florida, the Seminole County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County Tax Collector, within 7 days from the effective date of the ordinance. Section 8. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselbeu-y, FIOlida, and it is hereby ordained, that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a pari of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselben-y, FIOlida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance," may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. Section 9. Conflicts. All Ordinances or pmis of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 10. Severability. If any Section or pOliion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or pmi of this Ordinance.
