Table 2-5.3 Land Use by District, of Article V, Zoning District Regulations, of Chapter <br />II, District and General Regulations, is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A to this <br />Ordinance which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Subsection E, Building setbacks, of Section 2-5.4, Size and dimension criteria, of <br /> <br />Article V, Zoning District Regulations, of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is revised as follows: <br /> <br />E. Building sotllaGlIs ~. Table 2-5.4 provides building <br />setllasl\s ~ for conventional single-family lots as well as for <br />nonresidential sites. The solllaolls ~ shall be measured from the <br />subject lot lines of the building site. <br /> <br />A variance to these seteaGIIs ~ may be granted by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission if the applicant meets the requirements of <br />Section 1-2.7, herein, and the standards for considering variances of <br />Section 1-2.7(C) and the following additional standards: <br /> <br />1.
