<br />ORDINANCE # 01-1041 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2- <br />4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF PS FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the property <br />hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested <br />parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Public Service (PS) on the <br />Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the PS zoning classification is consistent with the PS Future Land Use Map designation; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as PS as that classification is <br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances ofthe City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended <br />and supplemented, for those parcels of land located on 95 Triplet Lake Drive more specifically described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />See attachment I <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />PS as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be <br />made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted zoning map. <br /> <br />SECTION V.
