<br />ORDINANCE # 01-1034 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE OTY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OTY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFIOAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTIUE IV, SECTION 2- <br />4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />UASSIFICATION OF COMMEROAL GENERAL (CG) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN <br />SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing wning classification of the property <br />hereinafter descnbed has been duly held in the Gty of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested <br />parties and citizens for and! or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Commercial (C) on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the CG zoning classification is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the Gty Commission of the Gty of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as Commercial General (CG) as <br />that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the Gty of Casselberry, Florida, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE OTY COMMISSION OF THE OTY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the Gty of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located on 1111 SR 436 E, more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />LEG LOT 6 SeRA IT DEVELOPMENT UNIT 2 PB 19 PG 58 <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />Commercial General (CG) as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Olapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the Gty of Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br />any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the Gty Commission of the Gty of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be <br />made a part of the Gty of Casselberry, Florida; adopted zoning map. <br /> <br />SECTION V.
