ORDINANCE # 01-1028 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2- 4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RMF-13 (RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY, 13 DUlAC) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Medium Density Residential on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and Whereas, the RMF-13 zoning classification is consistent with the MDR Future Land Use Map designation; and Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as RMF-13 as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land located on Lake Ann Lane more specifically described as follows: LEG SEC 27 TWP 21S RGE 30E BEG 24 FT E & 1935.49 FT S I DEG 2 MIN 14 SEC W OF W 1/4 COR RUN N I DEG 2 MIN 14 SEC E 521.90 FT S 69 DEG 34 MIN 7 SEC E 449.47 FT S 21 DEG 53 MIN 27 SEC W 395.39 FT W 264.34 FT TO BEG and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: RMF -13 as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted zoning map.
