<br />ORDINANCE # 01-1027 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2- <br />4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF I (INDUSTRIAL) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF <br />THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the property <br />hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested <br />parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Industrial on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the I zoning classification is consistent with the Industrial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as Industrial as that <br />classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as <br />amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land located on 310 Anchor Road more specifically <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot I) S 220 FT OF E 220 FT OF LOT 13 A E GRIFFINS SUBS PG 2 PG 43 <br /> <br />Lot 2) S 220 FT OF W 110FT OF E 330 FT OF LOT 13 A E GRIFFINS SUBD PB 2 PG 43 <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />Industrial as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Confficts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be <br />made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted zoning map. <br /> <br />SECTION V.
