<br />ORDINANCE # 01-1024 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2- <br />4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, from time to time the Official Zoning Map must be updated and amended to clarify <br />zoning categories of properties that have been rezoned since the last adoption of an Official Zoning Map; <br />and <br /> <br />Whereas, all changes required to update the Official Zoning Map have been processed and <br />reviewed according to State and city code, and no land is being changed by the adoption of the Official <br />Zoning Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, two Public Hearings on amending and adopting the Official Zoning Map classifying <br />property within the City of Casselberry have been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at <br />such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed Official Zoning Map <br />classifications were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearings, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classifications of property within the City of Casselberry shall be established <br />as indicated on the Official Zoning Map as those classification are defined in Articles IV and V of <br />Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be <br />amended, for the City of Casselberry. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be <br />made the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted zoning map. <br /> <br />SECTION V.
