<br />ORDINANCE # 01-1021 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2- <br />4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED <br />IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the property <br />hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested <br />parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Commercial on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the CG zoning classification is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />detennined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as CG as that classification <br />is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as <br />amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land located at 2075 Semoran Blvd. more specifically <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />LEG SEC 34 TWP 21S RGE 30E SW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 W OF ST RD 436 (LESS N 560.52 FT & S 384.72 <br />FT) (3.7938 AC) <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />Commercial General (CG) as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended <br />and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be <br />made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted zoning map. <br /> <br />SECTION V.
