<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE an OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE an OF CASSELBERRY
<br />OFFIaAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTI<2E IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND
<br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE an OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND
<br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISIllNG THE ZONING <2ASSIFICATION OF RMF-13 FOR THAT PARCEL
<br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF TIllS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY,
<br />CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the propeny hereinafter described has been
<br />duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and! or against the proposed
<br />establishment of zoning classification were heard: and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the propeny hereinafter described is designated as Conunercial on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future
<br />Land Use Map: and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the RMF-13 zoning classifIcation is consistent with the Conunercial Future Land Use Map designation; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the
<br />zoning classification of said propeny shall be established as RMF-13 as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter
<br />II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry,
<br />Florida, and
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE an COMMISSION OF THE aTY OF CASSELBERRY,
<br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land
<br />located on the eastside of Lake Howell Road, south of Lake Howell Lane more specifically described as follows:
<br />
<br />LEG SEC28 TWP 21S RGE 30E N 1/4 OF S 1/2 OF NE 1/4 OF SW\4, less the road RlWforLake Howell Road, together
<br />with: LEGSEC28 TWP 21S RGE 30E S 1/4 OFN 1/2 OF NE 1/4 OF SW \4, less the roadRlWforLake Howell Road,
<br />Seminole County, FL

<br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows:
<br />
<br />RMF-13 as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida.
<br />
<br />SECTION II. Confliclll. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance
<br />are hereby repealed.
<br />
<br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or
<br />unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this
<br />Ordinance.
<br />
<br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is
<br />hen;byordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted
<br />zorung map.
<br />
<br />SECTION V. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) da)" after its passage and adoption.
