<br />ORDINANCE # 00-1006 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE <br />IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RESIDENTIAL MULTI- <br />FAMILY-13 (RMF-13) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the <br />properties hereinafter described has been du1y held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such <br />hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning <br />classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the properties hereinafter described is designated as Medium Density Residential <br />on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the RMF-13 zoning classification is consistent with the Medium Density <br />Residential Future Land Use designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, <br />has determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as RMF-13 as <br />that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of <br />the Unified Land Development Regu1ations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regu1ations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as <br />amended and supplemented, for a certain parcel of land located on Hill Street between Seminola <br />Blvd. and NE Triplet Drive, more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />LEG LOT 2 (LESS WL Y 90 F1) BLK 4 AMENDED PLAT SEMINOLA PARK PB 6 PG 28 <br /> <br />be, and the same is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />RMF-13 as that classification which is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regu1ations, Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become <br />and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted zoning map. <br /> <br />00-1006-; Page 1 0[2 <br />
