ORDINANCE # 00-1005 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES (CS) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the properties hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and Whereas, the properties hereinafter described is designated as Conunercial on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and Whereas, the CS (Conunercial Services) zoning classification is consistent with the Conunercial Future Land Use designation; and Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has detennined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as CS as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for a certain parcel of land located northwest comer of N. Cypress Way and Concord Drive, more specifically described as follows: LOT 36 BLK H FERN PARK ESTATES PB 5 PG 12 be, and the same is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: CS (Conunercial Services) as that classification which is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. SECTION II. Codification.. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida, adopted zoning map. SECTION III. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. 00-1005; Page 1 of2
